Why a heartbreak can be just what the soul needs

So, this week’s post will actually have you redirected to another site. The reason for this is because I had a breakup a couple of years back that absolutely and irrevocably destroyed me. I hadn’t seen it at the time but the destruction was vital for my own well-being. It was the toxicity that needed to die so that the person I had aspired to be could come into light.

While I certainly hadn’t understood it at the time, or could even articulate it, the breakup was the catalyst to bring me on a journey to transcend the pain into pleasure. When that happened, I learned my life’s purpose. Through my own pain and suffering, but more than that, in mitigating the pain, I had realized that we have to suffer to learn just how unnecessary suffering truly is. With that, I sought to be the beacon of inspiration for others. For others to live more authentic lives by following their heart, to find their life’s purpose, and to become the people that we’re meant to be.

What does any of this have to do with you having to leave here?!? Well, because I had an opportunity to write an article for Sivana East that would reach a larger audience. I’m not looking to reach the masses here because I absolutely adore that this is a small community of like-minded individuals who are striving for the same things that life has to offer. But, I wanted others who are riding through choppy waters to gain a different perspective on things. To see that light at the end of the tunnel. That being the love of our own damn lives is really what it’s about…not losing what needs to be lost.

As always, stay beautiful and zenspired! See you soon…
